This authentic bronze sculpture titled 'Paparazzi Rabbit comes into a better tomorrow' by artists Gillie and Marc has been meticulously crafted in bronze. It features a Gillie and Marcs famous Rabbitwoman as paparazzi popping out of a manhole and comes in a limited-edition series of only 100. 

What started as an entry to the prolific sculpture event, Sculpture By The Sea in Sydney 2018, turned into a global phenomenon. With many different endangered animals tentatively popping out of manholes in the ground, ‘Come out come out wherever you are’ drew attention to all the animals of the world who are dying because of humans. By bringing a reminder to people who would not usually see them, this sculpture calls for greater awareness of our impact on the beautiful creatures of the world and calls for everyone to allow every living creature the right to feel safe. The sculpture won the Allen’s People’s Choice Award in Sydney, with over 1 million votes cast. People all around the world identified with the sculptures and wanted to be a part of better tomorrow.

Now, Gillie and Marc are continuing with their dream of creating a better tomorrow through art. By extending the idea of the original sculpture, Gillie and Marc are now creating more and more of their manhole creations. With not only endangered animals popping out of the manholes, Gillie and Marc have also extended this to all living things; animals, trees, and even this Pap Rabbit! Everyone, whether that be humans, animals, young or old, should feel welcomed, feel safe, and be accepted. There should be no reason to hide from the world. Everything is important and should be protected and loved.

This authentic bronze sculpture has been crafted by artistic duo - Gillie and Marc, who are New York and Sydney-based contemporary artists that collaborate to create artworks as one. The artists are best known for their iconic, pop art characters 'Dogman and Rabbitwoman' (the human and animal hybrids), who tell the autobiographical tale of two opposites coming together to become best friends and soulmates, proving everything is possible through love.

As well as their original modern artworks, authentic bronze sculptures and wall art prints, Gillie and Marc have become loved for their famous and monumental public artworks.
