The Belgian art photographer, Carmen De Vos, mingles highbrow etiquette with sly, subversive eroticism. She is a fabricator of Foxy Femmes. a purveyor of exquisite odd photo stories, and the founder and editor-in-chief of the late TicKL-Magazine.
